Amoenious
Amoenious is a proposed independent, self-hosted YouTube front end, planned as a fresh Rust implementation with a Svelte web client. The project is currently in planning and discovery; see docs/invidious-rust-rewrite-plan.md for scope, decisions, risks, and delivery gates.
The intended architecture is one deployable Rust service and a static Svelte bundle, developed together in a monorepo. The implementation must not copy Invidious source code, assets, translations, tests, or documentation. See the plan's provenance and licensing section before making implementation or licensing claims.
